Gameplay improvements have been made on the receiving end of the pitch as well. First off, the left handed bug has been fixed. It is now possible to be a successful home run hitter as a south paw. Now I will finally know what its like to pull one over the right field wall instead of bunting down the third base line.

Strangely, pitching is tougher than most gamers will be used to. You can only see the target path for a short time, then it's up to instinct to place the cursor. The pitching meter is a lot like the kicking meter in a football game, as you first pick your speed, then your accuracy.
