.hack: Infection: Not as good as I thought

With what seems to be like an RPG drought, a spec of light has managed to shine through in the form of the .Hack series. This is not like your normal RPG though. The graphics don't really look up to date and the gameplay gets very dull very fast. It plays a lot like Dungeons and Dragons for the PC, which isn't really a good thing. Also, the plot doesn't manage to progress very well at all. If you are extremely desperate for some RPG action, this would be the way to go. If you're not, just wait for FF X-2.
