Jak and Daxter has the potential to be something great, but this is all hampered by the fact that it has many major flaws. Flaw#1: Too repetitive. You will do the same thing the entire game Flaw#2: Too much bactracking. This is all you will do Flaw#3: Too short. This game can be beaten in about 5 days even with all the extras Graphics: 5.0 The landscapes are beautiful. The fire effects are an especial joy. Sound: 4.0 Some of the tunes are catchy, but ultimately forgettable. Control: 5.0 The controls are tight and responsive. The special moves are extremely easy to pull off. Fun Factor: 4.0 A great game, yet a bit too flawed to be great.
