Madden NFL 2002: Madden has provided me with many hours of grid iron fun!

Before i got my ps2 i was a big fan of the nfl2k series on the dreamcast. The speed in that game is great. I remember my friend brought his ps2 to my house and we played madden 2002. I must admit that at that time i hated the game. I thought it was slow and to sluggish. I kicked my friend out and told him to take his little playstation with him. A couple of months later i bought a ps2 and my brother picked up madden 2002. At this time the dreamcast was dead and gone(which greatly saddened me), so I decided to give madden a whirl. After i got used to the difference of speed between madden and nfl2k1 i was hooked. The first time i played madden i hated it because i was used to the faster 2k series. But i came to realize that madden was a deeper and more realistic game. Too bad i cant play it anymore(my ps2 no longer reads blue discs. go figure!) but none the less this is still the best football experience on any system. Pick it up if you dont have it already, its well worth it.
