This is one of the greatest games I have ever had the privelege to play, and easily the best Xbox game I've played so far. The hack n slash fighting is a lot of fun, and the soul collecting idea after defeating enemies is a cool idea. Incredible boss fights and cool side quests also help this game's score. The only thing I hate about this game is it's too short. I'm a pretty thorough person, I got the Bishamon sword and collected over 20 fluorites, and beat the game in about 5 hours and 40 minutes my first time through. I liked the kinda cliched story, it fit the tone of this game well, and the whole ancient japanese setting was cool. You need to play this game, even if you're not much of a fan of the survival/horror genre. I personally found Dino Crisis and Resident Evil to be boring games, but this game has a perfect blend of action and puzzle, giving it a unique feel to the survival/horror genre.
