I first played onimusha way back when before the recent great games like mgs2 and ffx and i say in my opinion that onimusha was a bit underated. Im into the whole samuri demonic war thing so i guess the plot kinda of had me into the game after the first cg. You may already know you play as a skillful samari who must fight agianst a warlord who has pledged his undead soul to the demonds. The pre rendered backrounds are alright and neat. The graphics in general are enough at some points to make you think its above average considering its pre rendered and it came out a while back. The plot is good but the game and plot could of been put together so much better. The potential it had was great but it didnt fully deliever. While still a game worth a purchase (maybey depending on what games you like)it had plenty of room for improvement hence graphics,plot,length, and the amount of abilities you are able to learn. The controls sometimes bothered me but did well for the most part. Its an above average game that will satisfy you for 5 hours or so its fairly easy and fun so give it a try.
