Pokemon Diamond/Pearl: The best Pokemon generation since red and blue.

These games are, without a doubt, the best two Pokemon games since red/blue themselves. The storyline was incredible, with the most entertaining plots I've seen in a while. The online capabilities, especially the GTC, are extremely convenient. The new Pokemon are, for the most part, great additions, (especially the new Eeveelutions - Leafeon and Glaceon) and I couldn't help but turn around several times during my journey just to explore the huge map. I only have two complaints, there might be too many legendaries in the games, and I hate how some of them require either hacking or attending events in major cities to obtain. Aside from that, this game is still incredible - yes, even better than gold/silver/crystal. Now all I have to do is wait for their fusion title. (yellow, crystal, emerald) Pokemon Opal, anyone?
