Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams: thoughtful and exciting

The gameplay was very good. The story flowed along smoothly and the action, although it was slow at times, was very cool. The twisted forms of the enemies were obviously original. The one problem with the game, besides the age old control, was that after killing a certain amount of monsters, the game's scary mood seemed toned down becaue you'll get used to the monsters and their attacks. Other than that, the seven hours (plus the extra hour for the sub scenario) that it took me to beat the game were well spent.
