I first played this game for the original Xbox. Here's the breakdown. Controls 1.00 The controls for this game are amazing. The characters move around fine, sure, but that's not what makes these controls awesome. Because this game is meant to be on par with a Hollywood movie, you can change the camera angle to any one of three to six different ons in each scene. Graphics/Sound 0.50 There really isn't anything special here. The graphics are decent but not amazing. There isn' much sound in the game that could be viewed as realistic vs. unrealistic, but for the most part, they're pretty good. Gameplay 1.00 The gameplay here is pretty new. Instead of just shooting things and pressing one button to do all of the actions in the game, there are different activities for different actions. Physical activities have you alternately pulling the L and R triggers. Skill ful actions such as evading police or jumping of trains require you to play a game of Simon Says with the two joysticks. Most other actions have you just moving the right joystick to in a pattern to perform everyday actions such a opening a door or getting a cup of cofee. In conversation you also opnly have a limited amount of time to choose what to say or the game will choose at random for you. Story 0.75 This games story is awesome. Although the full story is very short (about four or five hours), you can choose how to end the game during a conversation r by doing an action such as staying at the scene of a murder, which there are a few of in the game. Also, many things are left unexplained, such as the origins of the Purple and Orange Clans, the two main factions of supernatural beings in the game. Replayability 0.50 Unfortunately, this game doesn't have much replay value at all. The sotry, although extremely interesting the first time throught the game, gets very old and boring the second time around. There are a lot of "bonus points" to find that you can use to unlock extras in the game, but you will most likely get all of those the first play throught the game. The only real reason to play this game through again is to find the the second ending which is obviously different from the first. Overall this game is great but the story could use some touching up, not to mention the excitement level to up the replay value as well. Overall 3.75 Rent/Buy Definitely rent. That's all I've got to say.
