Trauma Center: Second Opinion is a fun game where you get to be the surgeon and use your Wii remote for many different things including a scalpel, laser, and forceps. Although this game can be fun at times, the thing that completely ruined this game for me is that it's way too hard. You have to be almost exact for how to make an incision, and it's really hard to do that with the Wii remote. And most of the game is focusing on using the scalpel to cut. This would've been a great game if it wasn't so hard.
