Blizzard reached for the StarCraft at BlizzCon

BlizzCon has closed its doors and what many Blizzard fans were hoping for was an announcement regarding Diablo III. After much speculation of what Blizzard's Team 3 was working on, no such announcement was made regarding a Diablo III.

Blizzard did, however, provide more new info regarding the much-anticipated StarCraft II:

"While we're excited to have everyone see Starcraft on the game floor, there's one other small detail I'd like to attend to. - The video's over, the crowd goes wild, and Robert Redford rounds the bases ... oh sorry. Lost there for a second. "While south Korea got to see the Protoss race, here at BlizzCOn you'll see what we have in store for the Terran race."

On a bright note, Blizzard announced other expansion to it's World of WarCraft with Wrath of the Lich King.

It seems that Blizzard is hard at work for all of the Blizzard fans. Unless Team 3 was making Wrath of the Lich King, it looks like the mysterious Team 3 title is still yet to be unraveled.

Hey, thanks: GamaSutra, Joystiq

I'm tired of WoW why won't they let it die, let those fat kids go outside and get some exercise. Did you see that episode of South Park?
