#5 Blood- Vandal Hearts - [ Playstation ]

Sure, there are higher profile games that make use of copious amounts of blood, but none quite make the spectacle of bloodletting that Vandal Hearts does. Upon any character's death, the defeated literally explodes in a geyser of blood. It's excessive, and it may betray any seriousness the game attempts to put forth, but we're glad to see every drop of blood come forth from this Heart.

#4 Vomit- Breakdown - [ Xbox ]

Breakdown was heralded as one of the most immersive first person titles ever created when it came out. Think it was because of the up-close combat? The deep story? Nope! First thing your character did in the game was puke up a storm. There's no better way to imagine yourself as someone once you vicariously vomit through them. BARF!

#3 Gibs- Quake - [ PC ]

A gib may not be a bodily expulsion, per se, but when you've decimated an enemy's body beyond all recognition, there's really no orifice left for waste to escape from. Pronounced "jib", but short for "giblet" a gib is a chunk of a deceased enemy left on the floor, particularly in a first-person shooter and most notably, in Quake. GIbs have been a staple of the FPS genre, and thankfully, they won't be going away anytime soon.

#2 Excrement- Conker's Bad Fur Day - [ N64 ]

Covering both ends of the bodily waste spectrum, Conker's Bad Fur Day takes the prized number two spot. Many games throw shit at you, but this may be the one instance in which it's welcome. In one of the greatest boss battles of all time, Conker takes on a massive pile known as the Great Mighty Poo. With corn for teeth and projectile turds as weapons, the Great Mighty Poo is an enemy you can't help but hate to take down.

Released by Mystique, a publisher that exclusively created pornographic games for the Atari 2600, Beat 'Em & Eat 'Em was arguably the company's most disgusting title. Playing like Kaboom, Beat 'Em & Eat 'Em had you controlling two nude women desperate to catch and swallow a man's "seed". You can find out every disgusting detail here, but keep in mind... we're not censoring this because we have to, but because we want to.
