#5 Katamari Damacy - [ PS2 ]

Roll around and collect every single thing in your path. You start out collecting thumbtacks and paperclips, then progress to bonvines, people, and even skyscrapers! Intuitive and amusing. And keep your eyes peeled for We Love Katamari, the much-anticipated sequel.

#4 Incredible Crisis - [ Playstation ]

What do a dance competition, oral sex on a Ferris Wheel (psst... it's in the Japanese version, but was changed to a "massage" for the US release), and a bank robbery have in common? They're all Incredible Crisises! A Japanese family's series of tragedies becomes a hilariously bizarre experience that defies description. You can find it for chump change, and it's worth a spot in your gaming curio rack.

#3 Beyond Good & Evil - [ PS2 ]

UbiSoft created a surreal science-fiction/fantasy world where adventure-seekers will feel right at home. Don't let the Disney-inspired visuals fool you; this is adventure gaming at its best. The subversive plot--which deals with government corruption--is totally relevant today.

#2 Poy Poy - [ Playstation ]

Mmmm....Poy Poy. Surely you missed this one! Poy Poy was the first multiplayer game to let you throw your opponent around in a last-man standing competition. A classic party game; pick up a copy while you still can.

#1 Ico - [ PS2 ]

There's no on-screen interface, for starters. And there's very little in the way of dialogue. Still, Ico's tough puzzles, brilliant visuals and captivating storyline complete an enchanting experience. Buy it immediately, and keep your eyes peeled for Shadow of the Colossus.
