High-tech soldiers, alien invasions, and giant rings with sustainable atmospheres free-floating through space are all unique elements that make the Halo universe such a compelling story to tell, whether it's through your Xbox or a 128-page hardcover graphic novel.

Covering multiple tales within the Halo universe, the Halo Graphic Novel includes stories such as The Last Voyage of the Infinite Succor, Armor Testing, and Breaking Quarantine. Similar to The Animatrix, the multiple shorts don't revolve around Halo's mainstay Master Chief, but shed light on the Covenant society, untold legends of Sergent Johnson, and much more!

The Reviews

"Master Chief kicks down the doors of the comics industry with both guns blazing."

Captain Comics Says HGN Captures the Best of Deuce Worlds

"Most comics' adaptations of other media are pretty forgettable, cranked out to take advantage of a new movie, videogame or TV show. The Halo Graphic Novel is a different animal altogether."

UnderGroundOnline Compares HGN to Sexy Heavy Metal Magazine

"Marvel knows how to make comics, and this hardcover has the highest production values. It's a colorful, well-designed book."

The Good News

Halo Graphic Novel Gets Episodic Content

The HGN is apparently selling better than expected and Marvel plans to capitalize on the lucrative opportunity. To hit store shelves in May or June of 2007, look for monthly installments of a Halo comic that explores the uncharted timeline of the Halo universe.
